The safety of our Constituents is our top priority: In an attempt to reduce exposure to the COVID-19 virus, the Constituent Services Department is changing how we are providing services to the public. We are instituting social distancing and limiting exposure to all public and staff; therefore, staff have temporarily relocated to the Financial Assistance Department offices. Our contact information remains the same.
About our Office
The Osage Nation Constituent Services Office provides information about Tribal Government initiatives and services offered by the Osage Nation. To improve the quality of life for ALL Osage Constituents by responding to citizen complaints, questions, and requests.
It is the goal of this Constituent Services Office to increase and/or improve traditional services of the Osage Nation by connecting citizens with the services they seek and by identifying those areas that need improvement.
The Osage Nation established this Constituent Services Office by receiving and answering requests for information about Osage Nation programs and its Government. Such office shall also receive and look into concerns and requests regarding the operation of the Tribal Government and its programs.
All applications are available on our website and on the workstation located in the lobby of the Osage Nation Welcome Center with instructions, access to a computer, the capability to print or make copies, and manila envelopes to contain all required documentation to submit. Access to a phone is also provided if you have any questions.
