The Osage Nation is soliciting bids for NTIA – Hominy East to Tulsa Middle-Mile.
Description – This is a Middle-Mile fiber project going from Osage’s Hominy East tower site along Hwy 20 then mostly along N 52nd st to 43rd St N to get to the Osage Casino in Tulsa.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM. Wednesday, October 14th, 2026” at the Osage Nation Law Bldg. Conference Room 121 at 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska OK 74056. Digital Attendance will be accepted at the pre-bid meeting. A Zoom link is available upon request by emailing Aaron Usrey, aaron.usrey@osagenation-nsn.gov .
Bids must be received no later than 10:30 A.M. Thursday, November 5th, 2026 at the Osage Nation Procurement Office at 111 John Dahl Ave., Pawhuska, OK 74056.
All bids will be opened publicly beginning at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 5th, 2026 at the Osage Nation Law Bldg. Conference Room 121 at 1071 Grandview Lane, Pawhuska OK 74056.
The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any bids. This project will be awarded to one contractor. Osage Preference will apply. Project price range ($1,000,000-$5,000,000.
