The Osage Nation hires Tyler L. McIntosh to be the Osage Nation Accounting Controller beginning June 1, 2021. McIntosh brings 15 years of financial work experience consisting of positions in tribal government, healthcare and private sector settings. He is a Muscogee (Creek) citizen.
With a background in tribal government, McIntosh is excited to return to a tribal finance role.

The Controller is responsible for all accounting functions of the Nation, including financial reports, supervising accounting staff, assistance in budget development, maintaining accounting systems, review and implementation of internal controls, among other accounting duties.
“We are really looking forward to working with Mr. McIntosh,” said Osage Nation Director of Operations Christian Johnson. “He comes to us with a lot of experience and knowledge - I’m sure he will make the Accounting Department flourish under his leadership.”
The Osage Nation Treasury Department’s mission is to provide timely, accurate financial information in conformance with the highest accounting standards and to ensure regulatory and ethical compliance in the performance of the duties of the department.
