ONCA 18-64, An Act to amend 19 ONC § 3-105 of the Osage Nation Workforce Pay for Performance Act, to remove the ability of elected officials and Executive staff to receive the monetary equivalent of benefits when they elect not to participate; and to establish an alternate effective date.   8. ONCA 20-09, An Act to create a budget impoundment process; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts) 
  9. ONCA 20-02, An Act to amend the Treasury law, 15 ONC § 2-311 and to insert § 2-323 to require continuous access to financial records to the Osage Nation Congress and add a penalty for preventing access; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)
