a.    ONCA 23-02, An Act to amend ONCA 22-100 to provide supplemental appropriation to the Judicial Branch in non-Tribal funds in the amount of twenty five thousand six hundred four dollars ($25,604); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Shaw)

b.    ONCA 23-36, An Act to amend Title 19, chapter 2 in the Raise the Wage Act to allow the Osage Nation to offer cash-in-lieu of health insurance when it offers health insurance benefits to employees; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)

c.    ONCA 23-37, An Act to prohibit attorneys from representing the Osage Nation and an elected official personally; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)

h.    ONCA 23-42, An Act to amend the Osage Nation Gaming Reform Act of 2007, 14 ONC § 12-105 to prohibit the Gaming Enterprise Board from contracting with Board members or companies with which they have interest; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)

i.    ONCA 23-43, An Act to amend the Osage Nation Health Benefit Act at 16 ONC §3-106 to increase the benefit of members under sixty-five (65) up to one thousand dollars ($1,000); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts)
