A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, January 16, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. (CST) at the Osage Nation Law Building Conference Room 121 at 1071 Grandview Ln., Pawhuska, OK 74056.
Bids must be received on or before 2:00 P.M. (CST) on Tuesday, February 03, 2026 at the Purchasing Office of the Osage Nation, 111 John Dahl Ave, Pawhuska, OK 74056.
All bids will be read publicly beginning at 2:15 P.M. (CST) on Tuesday, February 03, 2026 at the Osage Nation Law Building Conference Room 121 located at 1071 Grandview Ln., Pawhuska, OK 74056.
This project is estimated to fall within the price range of $50,000.00 - $150,000.00. Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
