An Act to amend the Osage Nation Gaming Reform Act of 2007 to prohibit a statement to retain all additional net revenue by the Gaming Enterprise in the Annual Plan; to amend the definition of new revenue and add a definition of operating expenses; to require the true-up; to allow the Gaming Enterprise to fund surveillance; to amend board meeting requirements; to remove the Congressional review section; and to establish an alternate effective date.
