An Act to amend ONCA 21-61 to reduce the appropriation to the Executive Branch in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the continuation and completion of Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act projects by the amount of six hundred fifteen thousand nine hundred eight dollars ($615,908); and to establish an alternate effective date.
