ONCA 20-40, An Act to amend 15 ONC §§ À, 1A-102, 1A-104, 1A-105, 1A-109 and 1A-112 to change the title of
the Act; to remove the revenue advisory commission; to remove the restriction on appropriations over ninety-eight
percent of projected revenue; to move the deadline for submission of budgets to August 15th and to strike the
budgetary outlays for five (5) years going forward; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Walker)
