ONCA 16-37, An Act to amend 16 ONC§ 3-104 of the Health Benefit Act remove certain requirements; to change the minimum benefit to Members age sixty-five (65) or over to one thousand dollars ($1,000); to set the benefit for elders before calculating the maximum benefit to participants under sixty-five (65) years of age; and to establish an alternate effective date.
