An Act to provide an appropriation to the Health, Fitness and Wellness Division in the amount of six hundred sixty eight thousand nine hundred thirty eight dollars ($668,938) for Communities of Excellence Programs Operation Americorps, Ta-Wa Americorps and OKCAITHB Sub-Award for fiscal year 2016; and to establish an alternate effective date.
