This agency works in collaboration with federal, state, and tribal agencies to improve the welfare of children residing within the Osage Nation jurisdiction through the establishment of paternity and/or a child support order, modification of a child support order, and the enforcement of a child support order through legal and administrative remedies.

Osage Nation Child Support Services cannot provide legal advice nor assist with a custody or divorce action.

Payment Information: Support payments can be made in the office during regular business hours or mailed to ONCSS, PO Box 1299, Pawhuska, OK 74056.

ONCSS will only accept the following pay instruments: Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Business Check.

Please make all payments to the order of Osage Nation Child Support Services or ONCSS.

What is Child Support?

Program Eligibility

Any child under the age of majority residing within the Osage Nation’s jurisdiction is eligible to receive child support services through this program. In the event, ONCSS receives an application not within the Osage Nation’s jurisdiction, ONCSS will accept the application and work with the customer to ensure the application is forwarded to the appropriate state or tribal agency.

Program Services

ONCSS can assist with locating a parent, establishing paternity, establishing and/or modifying a child support order, and enforcement of a child support order through legal and administrative remedies.

ONCSS cannot provide legal advice nor assist with a divorce or custody action.
