The purpose of the Week of the Young Child is to focus public attention on the needs of young children and their families and to recognize the early childhood programs and services that meet those needs.

The Osage Nation Communities of Excellence (COE) recently outlined some exciting activities for area young people ages 13 through 20. They are now sending out a public invitation to visit with the various sponsors behind the opportunities, such as: Osage Nation Police Department & Emergency Services Explorer Posts, Environmental Stewardship & Healthy Futures Venturing Crew, Wah-Zha-Zhi Youth
