Executive Staff Assistant | Matt Gray

Executive Project Specialist Matthew Gray (Deer Clan), an Osage Nation citizen from the Pawhuska and Hominy Districts and a member of the Deer Clan, brings years of management experience across manufacturing, gaming, pipeline operations, horticulture, and Tribal government.

Throughout his career, Gray has held management roles with Milo’s Tea Company, Bama Pies, Spears Manufacturing, and Osage Casino. In his manufacturing roles, he supervised production teams and oversaw quality control to ensure finished products met company standards.

Gray previously served the Osage Nation for five years at the Osage Nation Farm, now known as Harvest Land, during the Standing Bear administration. While working for the department, he earned a certificate in horticulture and gained experience in agricultural operations and land management. A graduate of Pawhuska High School, Gray attended Oklahoma State University, where he was accepted into the Spears School of Business and studied marketing. He later earned an associate degree in liberal arts from Nebraska Indian Community College and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Raised with strong ties to his Osage family, Gray has remained closely connected to his Osage culture throughout his life. His respect for his family, culture, and the Osage people continues to guide his commitment to service. Grounded in his Osage family and culture, Gray is committed to using his experience and leadership to help the Osage Nation grow and succeed in any way he can.
