a. ONCR 26-13, A Resolution to support a grant tribal match in the amount of two million seven hundred sixty seven thousand five hundred eighty three dollars ($2,767,583) for the FY22 Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) Program grant fund. (Hamilton)

a. ONCA 26-11, An Act to authorize and appropriate fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Osage and Pawnee Counties as a grant to benefit members of the Osage Nation and the community; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Keene)
b. ONCA 26-12, An Act to authorize and appropriate the amount of one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to the City of Fairfax, Oklahoma for an ambulance service; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Tillman)
c. ONCA 26-22, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Executive Branch of the Osage Nation in the amount of one million three hundred seven thousand seven hundred fifty three dollars ($1,307,753) in Tribal and Non-Tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)

b. ONCR 26-08, A Resolution to extend the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2025 Multi-Year Funding Agreement (MYFA) between the Osage Nation and the United States Department of Interior and to approve and incorporate amendment eleven (11) into the agreement. (Revard)
c. ONCR 26-09, A Resolution to provide for an election to amend Section 3 of Article VII, to require candidates for Principal Chief to run for office with a candidate for Assistant Principal Chief on a combined ticket. (Goodfox)
