a. ONCA 26-13, An Act to amend ONCA 23-83 to provide appropriation modifications to the Executive Branch of non-Tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)

ONCA 26-15, An Act to amend ONCA 24-75 to provide appropriation modifications and supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in the amount of one million five hundred seventeen thousand one hundred ninety five dollars ($1,517,195) of non-tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. a. ONCR 26-06, A Resolution to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and a consent to jurisdiction for a Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services Agreement between the Osage Nation and the Lake Ozark Fire Protection District. (Red Corn)
b. ONCR 26-10, A Resolution committing to best management practices (BMPs) and mitigation measures for the Osage Nation Lake Casino Resort Project as outlined in the Bureau of Indian Affairs Environmental Assessment. (Red Corn)
