a.    ONCA 26-10, An Act to amend the Health Care Reform Act of 2022 at 16 ONC § 1-106 to add the CFO and COO under the responsibilities of the Board to ensure qualifications and compliance; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)

b.    ONCA 26-11, An Act to authorize and appropriate fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Osage and Pawnee Counties as a grant to benefit members of the Osage Nation and the community; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Keene)

c.    ONCA 26-12, An Act to authorize and appropriate the amount of one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to the City of Fairfax, Oklahoma for an ambulance service; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Tillman)

d.    ONCA 26-13, An Act to amend ONCA 23-83 to provide appropriation modifications to the Executive Branch of non-Tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)

e.    ONCA 26-14, An Act to amend Chapter 1 of the Osage Nation Revenue and Taxation Act; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)

f.    ONCA 26-15, An Act to amend ONCA 24-75 to provide appropriation modifications and supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in the amount of one million five hundred seventeen thousand one hundred ninety five dollars ($1,517,195) of non-tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. g.    ONCA 26-16, An Act to amend ONCA 23-94 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in Non-Tribal Self-Governance funds in the amount of four hundred twelve thousand seven hundred thirty dollars ($412,730); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)

h.    ONCA 26-17, An Act to amend ONCA 25-99 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Hominy and Pawhuska Village Committee Funds in the amount of sixty eight thousand four hundred seventy six dollars ($68,476); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)

i.    ONCA 26-18, An Act to amend ONCA 25-101 to authorize IDC to expend additional monies in the amount of eight hundred fifty eight thousand sixty eight dollars ($858,068) appropriated through the FY 2026 appropriation bills; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)

j.    ONCA 26-19, An Act to amend ONCA 25-96 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in the amount of three million one hundred eighty seven thousand two hundred fifty six dollars ($3,187,256); and to establish alternate effective date. (Revard)

k.    ONCR 26-08, A Resolution to extend the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2025 Multi-Year Funding Agreement (MYFA) between the Osage Nation and the United States Department of Interior and to approve and incorporate amendment eleven (11) into the agreement. (Revard)

l.    ONCR 26-09, A Resolution provide for an election to amend Section 3 of Article VII, to require candidates for Principal Chief to run for office with a candidate for Assistant Principal Chief on a combined ticket. (Goodfox)

m.    ONCR 26-10, A Resolution committing to best management practices (BMPs) and mitigation measures for the Osage Nation Lake Casino Resort Project as outlined in the Bureau of Indian Affairs Environmental Assessment. (Red Corn)

n.    ONCR 26-11, A Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Osage Nation and The University of Tulsa establishing an Undergraduate Admission Partnership. (Red Corn)
