  13. Report on Meeting with Pipestem Law, Smoke Shop Owners, Tax Commission Director, Compliance Officer and Tax Commission Board. This meeting was held on January 07, 2026.

  14. Dates of the Native American Caucus held at the State Capitol in Oklahoma City on February 10, 2026. Vote to approve the Board to attend.

  15. Any other New Business that did not have time to be added to the Agenda but that must be addressed before the next Board Meeting.

  17. Possessory Interest Tax; tabled from January 2023.

  18. Gross Production Tax.

  19. OTA – On Hold.

  20. Review of Chapter 2 of the Tax Code for Casino opening in Missouri.
