An Act to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Executive Branch for pre-construction costs and construction of an assisted living facility in the amount of one million seven hundred eighty eight thousand one hundred fifty seven dollars ($1,788,157); to authorize the appropriation for facility operations; and to establish an alternate effective date.
