An Act to appropriate the sum of eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to the Home Health Board for emergency cash flow; to appropriate the sum of one hundred twenty seven thousand eight hundred fifty one dollars ($127,851) to pay health insurance costs; to appropriate twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) for contract services; and to establish an alternate effective date.
