The Osage Nation is seeking proposals for a complete Baseline Inventory of approximately 2,000 collection items, including material culture objects, works of art, and historical artifacts from the Collection of the Osage Nation Museum (ONM), located in Pawhuska, Oklahoma.

Proposals must be received on or before 2:00 P.M. CST on Monday, July 7th, 2025, at the Purchasing Office of the Osage Nation, 111 John Dahl Ave, Pawhuska, OK 74056.
Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
