Osage TANF hosts annual Tree of Gifts
Stocking ornaments with Christmas wishes from children in need of holiday cheer are available now to be picked-up by local Christmas angels
PAWHUSKA, Okla. (December 9, 2016) – The Osage Nation Financial Assistance Department is hosting the annual Tree of Gifts. The tree is filled with ornaments that list the Christmas wishes of children who receive supportive services from the Osage Nation through Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). The goal is for every child to receive a Christmas gift.
To pick up a stocking and donate, visit the Osage Nation Financial Assistance Department located at the new Welcome Center at 239 West 12th Street, Pawhuska, Okla., or contact the office at 918-287-5325. All gifts must to be delivered by December 16.
Financial Assistance is also requesting donations of gift bags, wrapping paper, bows, tape, and gift tags.There will also be an opportunity to help with giftwrapping and deliveries December 19, 20, and 21. Call 918-287-5325 for more information.
