Includes COVID-19 and Flu Vaccinations in Hominy, Fairfax and Skiatook

OSAGE RESERVATION, OKLA. (September 20, 2021) – Osage Nation Health Services plans to conduct a mobile event in Hominy, Fairfax, and Skiatook communities. The event will include COVID-19 vaccinations, COVID-19 drive-thru testing, flu vaccinations and other community services. Osage Nation PRC, Prevention, Social Services and Constituent Services will also be on-site to share information and resources.

Events dates/locations:

Hominy: Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2021, 9 a.m.-1p.m; City Pool Parking Lot (50- N. Eastern Ave.)
Fairfax: Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, 9 a.m.-1p.m.; Grayhorse Community Building
Skiatook: Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2021, 9 a.m.-1p.m.; Osage Casino (5591 WC Rogers Blvd.)

Services are open to all individuals. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. WZZHC patient registration will be available on-site for individuals not currently registered.

This mobile event is a continuation of Osage Nation Health Services’ on-going efforts to keep communities safe. The WZZHC has held COVID-19 vaccination clinics and COVID-19 drivethru testing for both Osage Nation communities and employees. In addition, flu vaccinations are now recommended for everyone six months and older with rare exceptions. Please visit cdc.gov for additional information regarding COVID-19 and flu vaccinations.

WZZHC continues to provide COVID-19 vaccinations for both Native and Non-Native individuals 12+ years old Monday through Friday, by appointment only.
