Osage Innovative Solutions Announces Grayhorse Broadband Ribbon Cutting

Grayhorse/Fairfax local residents to have high-speed internet access and staff support at Grayhorse Community Building  

GRAYHORSE, OSAGE RESERVATION (November 30, 2021) - Osage Innovative Solutions LLC announces a ribbon cutting ceremony for Grayhorse Village broadband at 10 a.m. on December 8, 2021 at the Grayhorse Community Center. The ribbon cutting will launch the immediate availability of high-speed broadband, enabling residents to access and get connected to the internet at fiber optic speeds in excess of 100 Mbps. 

“This effort is the result of years of work by the Osage Nation and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Utilities Service,” said Dr. James Trumbly, Osage Innovative Solutions LLC Director. “Osage Innovative Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Osage LLC, is providing computers and high-speed internet access to residents in the facility located behind the Grayhorse Chapel, Monday through Saturday and also via Wi-Fi access in the Grayhorse Community Center Activity building. In addition, residents will be able to sign-up for high-speed access directly to their homes in the Grayhorse Village.” 

Many residents will directly benefit from accessing high-speed broadband. Osage Innovative Solutions LLC recently deployed five computer workstations with high-speed broadband for Grayhorse Village. High-Speed Broadband will provide all Grayhorse residents the benefits of high-speed internet access which will enable long distance learning, eCommerce, entrepreneurial opportunities, enhanced research, and better communication, to name a few of the benefits.
