School supplies are distributed for the eligible Johnson O’Malley (JOM) students at twelve school

systems in Osage County/Reservation boundaries. The Osage Nation JOM Program is a federal

program with eligibility requirements. You will need to provide a copy of your student’s tribal

membership card, from a federally recognized tribe, and/or CDIB that shows . or more degree

of Indian blood in order to meet eligibility requirements. You may also be asked to provide

verification of your student’s enrollment at their school system. Verification can include a

statement by school official on school letterhead, student’s schedule, report card from the

previous year and/or a parent/legal guardian’s utility bill.
