ONCA 18-25, An Act to authorize and appropriate eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to the Tulsa League of Women Voters for hosting costs of the candidate debates for the Chief, Assistant Principal Chief, Congress and the Mineral’s Council prior to June 1 of this year ; and to establish an alternate effective date.   2. ONCA 18-26, An Act to establish law for the method, time and locations for display of the Osage Nation flag; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Pratt) 
  3. ONCR 18-12, A Resolution to authorize and approve execution of a “Contract for Treatment Services or Other Integrated Services – Sole Source FY 19” with the State of Oklahoma – Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services; and to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and a consent to jurisdiction.   1. ONCA 18-07, An Act to amend ONCA 17-99 to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Executive Branch in the amount of two hundred two thousand one hundred thirty seven dollars ($202,137) for Wildland Fire; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Pratt) 
  2. ONCA 18-09, An Act to amend ONCA 17-99 to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Willow Tree Residential Treatment Centers in the amount of two hundred eighty one thousand seven hundred eighty one dollars ($281,781); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Pratt) 
  3. ONCA 18-17, An Act to authorize victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking to have confidential addresses acknowledged and utilized by the Osage Nation so they can still receive services; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Goodfox) 
  4. ONCA 18-18, An Act to amend the criminal code to strengthen the language and increase penalties for violence and domestic violence crimes authorized by the Violence Against Women Act and the Indian Civil Rights Act; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Goodfox)

ONCA 18-19, An Act to amend the criminal code to require that indigent criminal defendants be afforded effective counsel; to afford effective counsel to indigent defendants by the Osage Nation; to establish special domestic violence criminal jurisdiction over non-Indian defendants; and to establish an alternate effective date.
