ONCR 26-07, A Resolution to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and consent to jurisdiction to Navan, Inc. for the purpose of entering into an enforceable contract concerning third-party travel booking subscriptions, including methods to resolve disputes should any arise. 9. General Order Day 2 – Amendments May Be Proposed
a. ONCA 26-13, An Act to amend ONCA 23-83 to provide appropriation modifications to the Executive Branch of non-Tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)
b. ONCA 26-15, An Act to amend ONCA 24-75 to provide appropriation modifications and supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in the amount of one million five hundred seventeen thousand one hundred ninety five dollars ($1,517,195) of non-tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. c. ONCA 26-16, An Act to amend ONCA 25-94 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in Non-Tribal Self-Governance funds in the amount of four hundred twelve thousand seven hundred thirty dollars ($412,730); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)
