a. ONCA 26-01, An Act to amend ONCA 25-96 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Executive Branch in the amount of one million six hundred nineteen thousand nine hundred thirty nine dollars ($1,619,939);

b. ONCA 26-02, An Act to amend ONCA 25-101 to authorize IDC Procurement to expend additional monies in the amount of eighty thousand three hundred ninety six dollars ($80,396) appropriated through the FY 2026 appropriation bills; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Revard)
c. ONCA 26-03, An Act to amend ONCA 25-100 to modify the authorization for Tribal Works to expend monies appropriated through the FY2026 appropriation bills; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)

g. ONCA 26-07, An Act to amend ONCA 23-83 to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Executive Branch in the amount of four hundred twenty five thousand dollars ($425,000) of Non-Tribal funds; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Red Corn)
h. ONCR 25-24, A Resolution to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and consent to jurisdiction; and to authorize the Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise (“ONGE”) to execute a credit agreement, revolving note, security agreement, and related loan documents incurring indebtedness and pledging assets and to authorize the Osage Nation to execute a Non-Impairment Agreement to support ONGE’s borrowing represented by the credit agreement. i. ONCR 26-01, A Resolution to authorize the Principal Chief of the Osage Nation to execute real property leases and right-of-way easements on restricted Indian lands and trust lands on behalf of the Osage Nation through October 1, 2026. (BigHorse)
