9th Congress 5th Special Session Day 1

SPECIAL SESSION PROCLAMATION

Under the authority of Article VI, Section 10 of the Osage Nation Constitution, with the written request of two-thirds (2/3) of its members, the 8th Osage Nation Congress hereby calls the 5th Special Session, at Pawhuska, Oklahoma in the Osage Nation Legislative Chambers on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. to consider the following:

1) ONCR 25-14; 
2) ONCA 24-81; 
3) Amendment to ONCA 24-73; and 
4) Tax Code Amendments
