An Act authorizing the Executive Branch to designate the Osage Nation Health and Wellness Advisory Board to research and recommend a plan which provides direct funding to enrolled Osage Nation members and offsets the cost of prescription drugs incurred by each citizen; and providing a limited time for reporting its recommendation.
