2015 Spring Classes announced by WAHZHAZHI Cultural Center
The Wahzhazhe Cultural Center is set to kick-off their spring classes. The classes will include instruction on Sewing 101, Finger Weaving, Tubular Peyote, Peyote Medallion, Loom Beading, Osage-style Moccasins, Shawl making, and Men & Ladies Shirt making. The classes have size limits, are Osage preference, and for ages 15 and older.
There is also an Open Studio available to past and present students. This begins Monday, January 26 and will be from 10 to 2 each Monday and Wednesday.
There will be a2015 Head Start Graduation Preparation Class for individuals who want to prepare for their child's commemoration.
