ONCA 17-04, An Act to amend ONCA 16-91 to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Division of Executive Administration in the amount of one hundred seventy two thousand six hundred thirty seven dollars ($172,637) with forty four thousand dollars ($44,000) specifically for the Election Office costs of the special election ordered by the Osage Nation Congress and remainder in federal grant funds; and to establish an alternate effective date.
