ONCA 18-25, An Act to authorize and appropriate eight thousand dollars ($8,000) to the Tulsa League of Women Voters for hosting costs of the candidate debates for the Chief, Assistant Principal Chief, Congress and the Mineral’s Council prior to June 1 of this year ; and to establish an alternate effective date.   2. ONCA 18-17, An Act to authorize victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking to have confidential addresses acknowledge and utilized by the Osage Nation so they can still receive services; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Goodfox) 
  3. ONCA 18-18, An Act to amend the criminal code to strengthen the language and increase penalties for violence and domestic violence crimes authorized by the Violence Against Women Act and the Indian Civil Rights Act; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Goodfox)

ONCA 18-19, An Act to amend the criminal code to require that indigent criminal defendants be afforded effective counsel; to afford effective counsel to indigent defendants by the Osage Nation; to establish special domestic violence criminal jurisdiction over non-Indian defendants; and to establish an alternate effective date.
