“NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING”

The Osage Nation Utility Authority hereby gives notice of proposed rulemaking.  In accordance with 15 ONC § 15-105, The Osage Utility Regulations are posted for public comment as outlined below.

May 1 Release the proposed regulations for public comment.

May 31 Deadline for submitting written public comments.

June 13 ONUA Meeting to review public comments.

June 17 Proposed effective date.
