ONCA 12-58

An Act to amend ONCA 06-10, "Osage Nation Revenue and Taxation Act of 2006, As Amended," to add Chapter 12 titled "ISSUANCE OF PHOTO ID" and provide requirements for issuing photo identification cards; to provide an appropriation to the Osage Nation Tax Commission in the amount of fifteen thousand thirty-two dollars and fifty-six cents ($15,032.56); and to establish an effective date.
