An act to amend ONCA 11-39 to provide a supplemental appropriation the Communities of Excellence Tobacco Prevention Program in the amount of eleven thousand two hundred six dollars ($11,206); to provide an appropriation modification to the Prevention Tribal Youth Mentoring Program for fiscal year 2012; and to establish an alternate effective date.
