Joe Tillman, the current Speaker of the 6th Osage Nation Congress, was born and raised in Fairfax, OK. After graduating from Fairfax High School, Joe received an athletic scholarship from Oklahoma State University where he went on to play football from 1978-1981.

Shannon L. Edwards was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Her mother was a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation from Pickens District and her father a citizen of the Osage Nation from Pawhuska District. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1983 with an A.B.
- Alice Goodfox
Alice Goodfox was born in Pawnee, OK and raised primarily in Hominy, OK. After graduating high-school in Hominy (Go Bucks) she attended St. Gregory’s College in Shawnee, OK where she was a college cheerleader. She moved to the Washington D.C.
- John F. Maker
John F. Maker was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was raised in Hominy, Oklahoma, and currently resides in Hominy. He attended public school in Hominy and graduated from Hominy High School.
- Archie L. Mason, Jr.
Archie Mason is Osage and Cherokee, father, grandfather, and great grandfather residing in Tulsa and part-time in his hometown, Pawhuska, while taking care of his duties and obligations in the Osage Nation Congress where he has served since 2006.
- Eli Potts
After serving for three years as the Congressional Budget Analyst, Eli was elected to the Osage Nation Congress in June of 2018. Eli was introduced to Osage government through his mother, National Councilwoman Cheryl R. Potts, who served on the National Council in the mid 1990’s.
