Meat Processing Survey

Osage Nation is constructing a meat processing plant in Hominy, Oklahoma, to support the food security and economic development priorities of tribal residents. This plant has the potential to offer local tribal members an opportunity to process animals under a retained ownership basis. This would allow local tribal members to process meat for their personal use or to sell under their label.

We are asking local tribal members to complete this brief survey to assess the potential need for this type of service. Individual responses will be kept confidential. The aggregate data will be anonymized before being used for the business planning purpose to help develop this facility.

Deer Processing Survey

Osage Nation is constructing a meat processing plant in Hominy, Oklahoma, to support the food security and economic development priorities of tribal residents. This plant is being designed to include the ability to process deer during the hunting season. This survey will help ensure we design the plant to best serve the needs of our tribal members.
