An Act to amend ONCA 21-98 to authorize and appropriate the amount of seven hundred five thousand six hundred forty eight dollars ($705,648) to the Industrial Park and the Treasury in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds; and to establish an alternate effective date.
