An Act to amend ONCA 11-87 to provide supplemental appropriations to the Language Department, Education Department, Headstart, Properties - Capital Improvements, IDC Accounting, Law Enforcement, Senior Services Title VI-A, Human Resources Department; to provide a supplemental appropriation and divide the Properties appropriation between the Osage Nation Tribal Works Department and the Tribal Development and Land Acquisition Department; and to establish an alternate effective date.
