An Act to amend ONCA 11-95 to provide supplemental appropriations for merit to the Office of the Attorney General, CDIB/Membership, CHR, Historic Preservation, and Social Services in the total amount of sixty five thousand seven hundred sixty six dollars ($65,766) for fiscal year 2012; and to establish an alternate effective date.
