An Act to amend the FY 2010 Boards and Commissions Appropriation Act, ONCA 09-65 as amended, to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Gaming Enterprise Board in the amount of one hundred forty one thousand six hundred sixteen dollars ($141,616); to declare an emergency and establish an effective date.
