Congressman Scott BigHorse is the son of Kenneth and Toby BigHorse, Born and raised in the Osage, he is of the BigHorse & Pearson families. Congressman BigHorse was a State Representative for House District 36 in the 51st Legislature. He has also worked as a correctional office at the Dick Connor Correctional Institute. He has also been a member of the Osage County Youth Services Board, Chairman of the Edwin Fair Mental Health Services, and served on the Pawhuska City Planning & Zoning Board.
