ONCR 18-12, A Resolution to authorize and approve execution of a “Contract for Treatment Services or Other Integrated Services – Sole Source FY 19” with the State of Oklahoma – Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services; and to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and a consent to jurisdiction.   4. ONCA 18-18, An Act to amend the criminal code to strengthen the language and increase penalties for violence and domestic violence crimes authorized by the Violence Against Women Act and the Indian Civil Rights Act; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Goodfox)

ONCA 18-19, An Act to amend the criminal code to require that indigent criminal defendants be afforded effective counsel; to afford effective counsel to indigent defendants by the Osage Nation; to establish special domestic violence criminal jurisdiction over non-Indian defendants; and to establish an alternate effective date.
