ONCA 18-64, An Act to amend 19 ONC § 3-105 of the Osage Nation Workforce Pay for Performance Act, to remove the ability of elected officials and Executive staff to receive the monetary equivalent of benefits when they elect not to participate; and to establish an alternate effective date.   3. ONCA 18-65, An Act to amend the definition of a child in the Juvenile Code; and to establish an alternate effective date. (BigHorse) 
  4. ONCR 18-28, A Resolution to set the compensation allowance for the Boards of the Osage Nation for fiscal years 2019 and 2020. (Edwards)

ONCA 18-54, An Act authorize and appropriate eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850,000) to the Treasury Office from the Retained Revenue Fund to pay expenses of Baker Tilly and the debts identified by it as incurred on behalf of Osage, LLC, its subsidiaries and Tallgrass, LLC which are due and owing as of the effective date of this Act; and to contract for a monitor; and to establish an alternate effective date. a.   ONCA 18-35, An Act to authorize and appropriate five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to the Burial Assistance Fund; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Edwards)
 
b.  ONCA 18-44, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Judicial Branch of the Osage Nation for fiscal year 2019 in the amount of five hundred fifty one thousand seven hundred thirty seven dollars ($551,737); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Whitehorn)
 
c.  ONCA 18-46, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Minerals Council of the Osage Nation for fiscal year 2019 in the amount of two hundred forty thousand forty one dollars ($240,041); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Whitehorn)
 
d.  ONCA 18-56, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Minerals Council of the Osage Nation in the amount of one hundred seventy six thousand six hundred fifty dollars ($176,650); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Walker)
 
  1. General Order Day 3 – Amendments Voted On In The Order Received
 
  1. ONCR 18-24, A Resolution to clarify the series of events leading up to the filing of Pratt v. Nowlin (CV-2017-01); to state that relief sought by Pratt v. Nowlin (CV-2017-01) has not been rendered; and to clarify for posterity the course of actions taken by the Osage Nation Congress. (Potts)
