  8. ONCA 20-14, An Act to require the Osage Nation to provide notice of its internet and electronic mail privacy policies for the benefit of the public and the Nation’s employees. (Whitehorn) 
  9. ONCA 20-15, An Act to establish a government tort claims process for the Osage Nation for the benefit of the public; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Edwards)

ONCA 20-16, An Act to authorize and appropriate four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) to the Osage Nation Member Health Benefit Fund from fiscal year 2021 tribal revenue for Direct Assistance to Osage members sixty-five (65) years of age and over; and to establish an alternate effective date.   11. ONCA 20-17, An Act to authorize and appropriate five million dollars ($5,000,000) to the Osage Nation Member Health Benefit Fund from the Permanent Fund to allow members aged sixty-five (65) and over to access additional Direct Assistance in the amount of four hundred dollars ($400) per member and for all other members to access additional Direct Assistance in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200) all in accordance with the Osage Nation Health Benefit Act; and to establish an alternate effective date.   18. ONCR 20-01, A Resolution to recognize the employees of Osage Casinos for their perseverance in the face of Governor Stitt’s claims about the compact. (Potts) 
  19. ONCR 20-02, A Resolution to request that a hunting and fishing compact be negotiated with the State of Oklahoma and presented to the Osage Nation Congress for approval. (Potts) 
  20. ONCR 20-03, A Resolution to request the implementation of a recycling program for all Osage Nation facilities, or to have a recycling program explored and findings reported. (Potts) 
  21. ONCR 20-04, A Resolution to support legislation in the Oklahoma House of Representatives to specifically add wearing tribal regalia by tribal students at graduation as an activity covered under the Oklahoma Religious Freedom Act. (Goodfox) 
  22. ONCR 20-05, A Resolution to authorize the Principal Chief of the Osage Nation to enter into and execute a Tribal Council Member Agreement with the U.S. Social Security Administration to allow the Osage Nation to extend Social Security coverage to the Members of the Osage Nation Congress. (Whitehorn) 
  23. ONCR 20-06, A Resolution to designate Osage Nation Energy Services, LLC as a subsidiary limited liability company of Osage, LLC pursuant to the Limited Liability Companies Act, as the sole member of both entities. (Whitehorn) 
  24. ONCR 20-07, A Resolution to establish the consent of the Osage Nation Congress to the alienation of property and for the property to be conveyed to Osage Innovative Solutions LLC in compliance with the grant award. (Whitehorn) 
  25. ONCR 20-08, A Resolution to approve a new fiscal year 2021 Annual Revenue Projection of the Osage Nation with updated revenues; to establish budget outlays for the branches as well as for the next five (5) years. (Potts)
